Updating the Upstairs Bathrooms

This family is a longtime client of ours and has had most of the 1st floor of their home remodeled by us. So the only place left to go was up! The transformation of their upstairs primary and guest bathrooms matched the theme of their home. And that theme is “being a stunning showcase of modern design and functionality.”

The primary bathroom now features exquisite, one-of-a-kind tiling that serves as a visual anchor to his and her floating vanities and the shower. If you look closely at the vanities, you can see tiling reaching from the floor to the ceiling. The centerpiece of the primary bathroom is a sophisticated freestanding tub that provides relaxation for the hardworking couple. The high-tech toilet is housed in its own separate chamber for added comfort. The spacious walk-in closet accessed through the bathroom provides ample room for organization and storage.

The guest bathroom pulls some inspiration from the primary by using golden fixtures and black cabinetry, but ultimately, it has its own unique style. The basketweave tile flooring with subway tiling on the walls creates that classic timeless look that any homeowner would love to have.

Both bathrooms feature pocket doors that slide away neatly, maintaining the streamlined look and feel of these rejuvenated spaces. Oh, and we completely redid the LVP flooring and added special-order doors in the rest of the upstairs rooms.
